42 Robertson Drive
CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Wet dirt site with excavations to achieve a solid foundation for highly engineered building slab. Job consisted of:
- 800 m3 taken off site
- 1000 tonnes of capping layer installed
Progression of VSBA commissioned construction in Mornington.
Building Slab completed with:
- 47 tonne of steel
- 432m3 of concrete
Qantas Staff Carpark
CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Upgrade of the 14,000 m² Qantas staff car park, involving the excavation of approximately 500 mm of existing material across the site to allow for the installation of a new, durable road base designed for long-term performance. The works also included the placement of approximately 1,500 tonnes of new asphalt surfacing, followed by comprehensive line marking to deliver 500 newly defined parking spaces. The completed upgrade significantly improves surface quality, drainage, and overall functionality of the car park for staff use.
